Basilwizi is a local peacebuilding and community development organisation working with marginalised communities of the Zambezi Valley. Basilwizi used the PN OD support to:

• Establish an internally facilitated process to revisit internal policies to trace gaps and initiate amendments to strengthen organisational performance;
• Conduct a review of its past 5-year strategic plan, using the support of external facilitators to elicit critical feedback from the communities with which it works, and develop with the staff and Board members a new strategic plan on that basis.
