For many, 2020 was a year of adaptation. The pandemic had profound effects on how we and our partners work – both individually and together. Nonetheless, as this report illustrates, our partners are resilient and our our initial response was to support them to do more online and to adapt what they do.
In many places, the economic, social and political effects of the pandemic were more severe than its direct public health effects. We will continue to address the impacts of this pandemic – and also seize it as an opportunity to foster a more connected, conflict-sensitive and peaceful world.
