I expect that as a result of our partnership, our organization’s strategy will be developed, which will contain goals, objectives and measures aimed at eliminating the causes of conflicts among children, youth and the population, the organization’s employees will be able to increase their capacity for conflict analysis, learn to better adapt to programs to the changing dynamics of conflict. The organization is expected to learn how to conduct sustainable conflict prevention program activities, adapt its organizational internal processes to new challenges
