How to apply
- Download the Word application document and fill it out (max 5 pages).
- Complete the online application form below with basic information about your organisation/network.
- At the end of the form, upload the completed Word template together with any supporting documents (max 10 files, PDF/DOCX/PPTX/XLSX, max 10 MB each).
Important Technical Requirements
- File Uploads – All documents are stored securely on PeaceNexus servers and in our Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment, accessible only to the authorised review team.
- Save & Edit – You can save your progress at any time and return later using a unique link sent to your email. The form remains fully editable until the deadline: 31 January 2026, 23:59 CET.
Save Your Work
- Save Draft – Click the “Save Draft” button at any point (next to the Submit button). You will immediately receive an email containing your personal “Resume Application” link.
- Autosave – Your progress is also automatically saved every 30 seconds while you are on the form page.
- Edit After Submission – Even after clicking Submit (with or without all documents), you can still revise your application at any time until 31 January 2026 using the same unique link emailed to you. Simply bookmark the link or keep the email safe – it cannot be recovered if lost.
Tip: Use the same device and browser when returning to your draft for the smoothest experience.
