Join the Western Balkans Consultant Roster

The Western Balkans Programme created a pool of consultants in 2022, through which we ensure our partners can access high quality experts who can provide them with tailored advisory services, grounded in solid change management and thematic experience, in-depth knowledge of the Western Balkans context and a commitment to participatory approaches.

Through the pool of consultants, we want to make sure that each consultancy recruitment of our partners is successful and timely and ultimately results in stronger impact of our partners.  The pool is meant to ease our partners’ selection process and help ensuring a good match between partners and consultants.

Applications for 2024 are now open!  With this call we aim to expand further the current list of consultants to ensure PeaceNexus partners’ have access to high quality experts who can accompany them in change management processes. For this round of recruitment, we are particularly looking for consultants specialising in conflict-sensitive strategy development, human resources management and MEL.
